What current methods of payment are accepted?

Paypal, postal orders and cheques

Will what I receive match the picture?

As with any jewellery not mass produced, each item will vary slightly from the picture, due to the nature of the materials used. We will endeavour to make the items appear as close to the pictures as possible.  

Can you tell me about other payment methods?

If paying by cheque I will make the items once the cheque has cleared usually 5 - 7 working days - If paying by postal order the items production will begin   on the same day it is received. All customers will be notified by email when their payment has arrived.

How long will it take to receive my purchases?

Once the payment has been received the item will be dispatched within 2 working days, if the item is currently in stock. If the item needs to be produced to fill the order, then you will be notified by email and it could take and additional 5 working days. Please ensure that you complete your delivery details when you purchase to ensure no unnecessary delays.

How are my items posted?

All jewellery is sent special delivery @ £5.00 this enables tracking the items and if lost or damaged claims can be made through royal mail.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do offer a refund policy - If you are not happy with your purchase contact us within 7 days, send back the item(s) in its original condition - and we will refund you the cost of the item(s) (If not in the original condition no refund is given i.e. damaged etc). We are not held responsible for any items lost in the post (When being returned) so if this happens, no refund is given. (Refunds exclude postage cost).
